I began as the 7-12 Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Anderson County in 2009. I became the 7-8 Principal in 2015 and now the 7-12 Principal in 2017.
I began teaching mathematics at Centre High School in Lost Springs Kansas in 2002. I went to teach at my almamater in 2004 at Eudora until I made the move to Garnett in 2009.
I am married to my beautiful wife Alisa which is teacher at Garnett Elementary School for the 2nd grade. We have four daughters, one that just finished her undergraduate degree and has begun Chiropratic school, one working on her undergraduate degree, one in the Junior High School and the youngest at Garnett Elementary. We have three dogs, Scout, Owen, and Hank.
When I’m not at work or following my girls around I like to play golf and fish in addition to walking and hiking with Alisa as much as I can.
