Local Scholarships – Round 2

Please consider each of the following scholarships.  Notice, the deadline posted behind each one.  Please read the directions carefully and check back often for updates.  All new updates will be on this webpage from here on out.

Updates:

3/20/19 – Throckmorton/Risor Scholarship has sent a new application form.  For the most part, it is just the date on the front page.  Please update your file and reprint by April 2 or complete the new application by April 2^nd.

Anderson County 4-H Scholarship (pdf)– 4-H Members, Due 3/29, You take/mail to extension office
Anderson County 4-H Scholarship (Word)– 4-H Members, Due 3/29, You take/mail to extension office
Anderson County Corn Festival Scholarship (pdf)– must have been involved with Cornstock, You mail prior to 4/15
Anderson County Corn Festival Scholarship (Word) – must have been involved with Cornstock, You mail prior to 4/15
American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Unit #48 Scholarship – Female, you mail by 3/30 or give to me by local deadline
Bud McDaniel Memorial Scholarship (The Roadhouse Scholarship) – Vocational/Technical, Due to Counselor by 3/20
Chamber Players Community Scholarship – Turn into Ms. Markham by 3/20
Garnett Rotary Club Scholarship –  TECHNICAL/VOCATIOAL APPLICANTS ONLY – Due 3/20 to Mrs. Blome 
Lake Garnett Sporting Club Scholarship – Due by 3/20
MFA Oil Scholarship – Paper Application – Pick up in Student Services (Due 3/8)
Mt. Carmel Knights of Columbus Scholarship – You mail by 3/15
North Anderson County Teachers’ Association (NACTA) Scholarship – Due to Mrs. Blome on 3/20
Parker Rural High School Alumni Association – must be relative of PRHS graduate (get paper application from student services, due before 3/20, you mail)
Southland Cruisers Scholarship – Auto related or other “get your hands dirty” type of program – Due by 3/20

Walker Art Scholarship  – Art related filed (Due by 3/20)
