Flint Hills Automotive Technology

ACHS $75 per semester (minimum) plus work shirts

This is class through Flint Hills Technical College. It is taught across from the Ray Meyer Gym in the building across the parking lot to the north. This is the only vocational class that requires a student to “test into” the program. Minimum scores must be obtained on the ACT or the Accuplacer Test. Flint Hills may also consider GPA. Representatives from Flint Hills Technical College will be out to help students test, understand their scores and enroll students in the program each Spring. The student will be allowed to drive to and from class. 

This is a 2-year program and requires 3 class periods. Typically, it is taught 6th,7th, and 8th hours.
